Who we are

Clinexgen Private Limited, Gemini Square (Parsn Manere), B Wing, 8th Floor, 602 Anna Salai, Chennai 600006, Tamil Nadu, India (“ClinexGen”, “we”). This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the choices you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect, and why

• The enquiry form. Your name, organisation, email, phone number, the product you are interested in and your message. We use them only to reply to you and arrange a working session. They are emailed to our sales team (sales@clinexgen.com) and kept in an enquiry log on our own server.
• Technical data. Like every website, our server records your IP address and browser details when you visit. The enquiry form also records your IP address with your enquiry, to protect the form from spam and abuse.
• No cookies, no advertising trackers. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or profiling scripts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries in our enquiry log are deleted automatically after 12 months. Emails in our sales mailbox are kept while we are in conversation with you and for our normal business records; ask us at any time to delete them.

Who else is involved

• Email hosting. Our mailboxes are hosted by OVHcloud, which processes enquiry emails on our behalf.
• Google Maps. The map on our contact page loads from Google only if you choose “Show map”.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens a chat in WhatsApp (Meta); what you send there is covered by WhatsApp’s own terms.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Write to info@clinexgen.com or call +91 7338 786 196; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes.
